Specialist Licitații
care să identifice oportunitățile din domeniul achizițiilor publice și să coordoneze procesul de întocmire și depunere a documentațiilor necesare participării la licitații. Vei avea un rol esențial în pregătirea ofertelor și în reprezentarea companiei în fața autorităților contractante.

Ce vei face:

Identifici și monitorizezi anunțurile de licitații în SEAP/SICAP, Monitorul Oficial și alte surse;

Analizezi cerințele din documentațiile de atribuire și verifici îndeplinirea condițiilor;

Colectezi, redactezi și depui documentații de calificare și oferte;

Ții legătura cu autoritățile contractante și răspunzi solicitărilor de clarificări;

Reprezinți compania la procedurile de deschidere a ofertelor, negocieri și întâlniri cu partenerii;

Monitorizezi modificările legislative relevante.

Ce căutăm:

Studii superioare;

Minimum 3 ani experiență în domeniul achizițiilor publice;

Cunoștințe solide de legislație privind achizițiile publice;

Abilități de redactare documentații și atenție la detalii;

Cunoștințe de lucru în MS Office și SEAP/SICAP;

Limba engleză – nivel mediu/avansat;

Dinamism, autonomie, inițiativă și bune abilități de comunicare.
