We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented:

Cost Estimator / Tendering Specialist

Location: Romania | Full-time | Employment contract or B2B

Your Role:

As a Cost Estimator / Tender Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our RES projects in Romania. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing supplier offers, and ensuring high-quality tender documentation aligned with investor expectations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Analyze investor requirements and prepare cost estimates, offers, and budgets.
  • Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Review project documentation for technical, financial, and optimization aspects.
  • Prepare pricing for construction works based on tender documentation and internal calculations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, designers, site managers, and investors.


What We're Looking For:

  • Higher technical education in civil engineering (preferred: road or construction specialization).
  • Valid construction licenses or technical certificates.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations in Romania.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to interpret project documentation and assess material/service costs.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project) and CAD tools.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
