We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Call Center to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and supporting the sales process from the very first contact.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Present and promote the company's products or services.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Hotel Sales system.
  • Monitor competitor offers, activities, and prices.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer prospecting.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
