We are looking for an Area Sales Manager - Car Parts Category (Field Sales) in our amazing OLX Hub.

As an Area Sales Manager for OLX Parts you will be at the forefront of the Parts & Auto Accessories market, empowering our users and prospects with the best solutions to reach their clients, at OLX Group Romania.

A typical day at OLX, as an Area Sales Manager, will include:
  • Covering the South area of Romania, focused on visits to key clients in Bucharest but also Ilfov, Giurgiu, Ialomita, Constanta, Tulcea;
  • Initiating contact with potential or existing customers to advise them about the ways that can grow their businesses with the help of our platforms ( Autovit and OLX);
  • Presenting and answering questions about our products and services platform;
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with new and existing prospects;
  • Taking and processing orders accurately and professionally;
  • Keeping records of calls, visits, and any other relevant client information, and sale,s and note useful information.
What will you need to be successful in this role?
  • Have proven experience in Field Sales;
  • Have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., Office suite, CRM software);
  • Possess the ability to learn about products, services, and customer data, and how they respond to the needs of prospects and existing clients;
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Act cool-tempered and able to use rejections rather as opportunities;
  • Have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve objections and address complaints.
