Project Manager aEUR" Payment Integrations

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects with global acquirers, processors, and payment partners. You will drive integration projects from initiation through production, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely delivery across multiple markets.

As the Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, RandD, QA, Payment Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and external partners) to ensure seamless execution.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management aEUR" Payment Solutions. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong background in payment processing, card acquiring, APMs, or transaction systems.
  • Experience in managing complex software/RandD projects and integrations.
  • Proven track record in budget management and cross-border/global project execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple global projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders worldwide.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written).

ADVANTAGES:

  • Hands-on experience with acquirer/processor integrations (Visa, Mastercard, regional acquirers, or APMs).
  • Technical background in software development, QA, or system integrations.
  • PMO / PMI certification.
  • Experience working with outsourced development companies and projects.
  • Academic degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Business disciplines.
