Bucharest, Bucureşti, Romania Stefanini EMEA Full time 30,000 - 60,000 per year

Job Description
The
TSMO Services Integrator
position is open within our Technical Services Management Office Tower (TSMO), part of the Infrastructure Services Division.

The Professional Services Team
is the backbone behind the Technical Services Management Office Tower . As part of this dynamic team, you'll transform IT service management practices, collaborating with experts across the organization to optimize processes and systems. From service management approaches that drive efficiency, and customer satisfaction, to new business prospects. Work alongside diverse professionals to implement cutting-edge solutions, supporting sales enablement efforts.

Join a team dedicated to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of T&T projects within the INFRA TSMO Professional Services (PS) area by breaking down work into logical, functional groupings to support structured and timely delivery.
  • Guide and mature internal delivery processes specifically for the T&T phase, ensuring repeatable methods and scalable practices across Professional Services engagements.
  • Ensure that all necessary TSMO PS roles are identified, assigned, and accountable during T&T phases, with clarity on responsibilities and ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a second-level escalation point for the TSMO Professional Services T&T area during transitions and projects, both for internal teams and external customer interactions.
  • Coordinate readiness and go-live checklist activities across PS teams to ensure all PS responsibilities are met before project closure.
  • Identify and address any deviations discovered during the RUN state that originate from the T&T phase, ensuring root cause analysis, closure of gaps, and documentation of lessons learned to improve future T&T execution and prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely handover from T&T to RUN, validating that all PS-related documentation and deliverables meet the standards for operational acceptance.
  • Capture and structure lessons learned from the PS T&T area and contribute them to program-level retrospectives or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support coordination and delivery assurance for special projects (e.g., M&A, major transformations), ensuring PS inputs are properly integrated and delivered.
  • Own and manage the Professional Services project-level P&L during the T&T phase, ensuring labor cost control, effort caps, and overall financial integrity.
  • Enforce agreed resource allocations across PS team members, ensuring adherence to scoped effort and preventing unauthorized or excessive delivery.
  • Step in to support service improvement initiatives for existing accounts when needed, working alongside RUN Technical Service Managers to address service performance gaps or transformation needs.
