What We`re Looking For:

A. Proven experience in a technical support, analyst, or QA role (Tier 2/3) aEUR" preferably in a global or tech-driven company.

A. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for finding creative solutions.

A. Proficiency in SQL aEUR" must (you`ll be tested).

A. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.) and solid Microsoft Office knowledge aEUR" must.

A. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A. A team player with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive under pressure.

A. Fluent English aEUR" written and spoken (tested), conversational Hebrew aEUR" an advantage. What You`ll Be Doing:

A. Troubleshoot complex product and payment issues, and escalate as needed with full documentation.

A. Monitor and analyze payment and transaction patterns using advanced tools and dashboards.

A. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement continuous improvements.

A. Become a go-to expert on payment products.

A. Play an active role in crafting Product Solutions Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and solutions.

A. Build and nurture relationships with our global payment partners. Advantages:

A. Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding technical/business needs.

A. Background in the payments industry or fintech.

A. Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools (e.g., Kibana, Elastic, Qlik) aEUR" a plus
