About the role:

We are looking for a
Project Manager focusing on Payment Integrations
to join our
Payment Solutions group
. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end projects with global acquirers, processors, and payment partners. You will drive integration projects from initiation through production, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely delivery across multiple markets.

As the Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, QA, Payment Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and external partners) to ensure seamless execution.

This position reports to the
Senior Director of Product Management – Payment Solutions
.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience
    in project or program management, ideally in
    payments, fintech, or financial services
    .
  • Strong background in
    payment processing, card acquiring, APMs, or transaction systems
    .
  • Experience in managing
    complex software/R&D projects
    and integrations.
  • Proven track record in budget management and cross-border/global project execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple global projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders worldwide.
  • Fluent English (verbal & written).

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead
    payment integration projects
    with acquirers, processors, and card schemes from initiation to go-live.
  • Own project planning, execution, risk management, and on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage
    budgets, resources, and timelines
    to ensure projects are delivered within scope and financial constraints.
  • Coordinate technical discovery, certification, testing, and production launch activities with internal and external teams.
  • Manage dependencies across Product, R&D, QA, IT, Compliance, and Payment Operations.
  • Track project milestones, resolve blockers, and proactively escalate risks or delays.
  • Operate effectively across
    global teams, time zones, and diverse cultures
    , ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Provide clear communication of status, risks, and solutions to management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving internal integration processes, tools, and documentation.
