We are currently seeking a
Payments Agent

Location
: Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track deposit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with banks and third-party payment providers to ensure seamless payment execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient and effective operational workflows.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all withdrawal payments.
• Update the CRM system with relevant and up-to-date payment information.
• Review and verify payment documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed reports as requested by Management, highlighting key insights and data.
• Requirements:
• Proficient in advanced computer software, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Quick to adapt to new products and payment methods introduced by the company.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and efficiently.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English, with an advanced command of the language.
