We are looking for a Product Operations aEUR" Tier 3 Support Agent to join our dynamic Payment Intelligence team

In this role you'll dive deep into the heart of our cutting-edge payment technologies, investigate transaction and product issues, and play a key part in shaping the future of payment around the world. You'll work closely with RandD, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support teams to not only solve issues but also drive proactive improvements that increase transaction success rates and enhance customer experience across the globe.

  • Troubleshoot complex product and payment issues, and escalate as needed with full documentation.
  • Monitor and analyze payment and transaction patterns using advanced tools and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement continuous improvements.
  • Become a go-to expert on Nayax's payment products.
  • Play an active role in crafting Product Solutions Requirement Documents (PRDs) for new features and solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with our global payment partners.
