*Business Manager – Payments
As a
Business Manager – Payments*
, you'll support the Payments area by managing financial planning and performance, while working with large-scale data and contributing to the development and optimization of internal payment products.

What you'll have to do:

• Managing and developing a diversified team of financial professionals who are passionate about what they do on a daily basis;
• Drive business analysis for operational initiatives, evaluating business cases, ROI, and process impacts;
• Coordinate and improve data flows for digital payments, aligned with strategic business goals;
• Map and analyze customer payment journeys to optimize conversion rates and improve overall payment experience;
• Offering the business a set of strategic multi-dimensional financial analyses that will ensure the right decisions are made;
• Analyzing, together with stakeholders, all ambitious proposals and comparing them with set targets, as well as company strategy;
• Use advanced SQL to work with large datasets across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and consistency;
• Periodically monitoring performance, together with stakeholders, in order to analyze financial results, return of investment, and the most important risks and opportunities for future business decisions;
• Working together with the business to develop medium and long-term plans and aligning these plans to the general financial targets;
• Managing the allocated budget, financial provision, and long-term plans;
• Working together with other teams to develop systems/ processes and procedures that can ensure a correct business evaluation as well as its efficient and profitable operation.

What makes you a good fit:

• Have a University Degree in Economic Studies (an MBA will be considered a plus)
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
• 5+ years of experience in Fintech, Banking or e-Commerce
• Hands-on experience working with large-scale databases and knowledge of SQL
• Analytical mindset with business acumen — able to transform data into financial insight and influence decisions
• Speak English fluently
• Can work with different groups and levels within an organization
• Can take the lead in internal discussions and negotiations
