Sales Manager (Chinese Speaker)
What you'll have to do:

  • Monitoring the adoption rate of services and the sales plan with daily recurrence;
  • Market prospecting to finalize the potential of allocated sellers;
  • Operational support for other sub-departments within the Marketplace;
  • Constant analysis of the results and performance of partners in the portfolio;
  • Support in the development and promotion of the partner's product range and in improving turnover;
  • Analysis of partner offers for strategic campaigns;
  • Active participation in periodic projects: finance, commission changes, courier integrations, and events such as Sellers' Day, Black Friday;
  • Support provided to partners in activating accounts on the eMAG Ro/Hu/Bg platforms and continuous data updating;
  • Support provided for accessing new product categories and updating commissions according to the standard grid.

What makes you a good fit:

  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
  • You have good analysis and synthesis skills;
  • You know Romanian/ English / Chinese (medium to advanced level);
  • You operate PC (medium level MS Office knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • You know communication and negotiation techniques;
  • You know online marketing techniques, usability;
  • You have IT technical knowledge;
  • You have continuous learning ability and use specific software for daily activities;
  • You have communication skills, positive attitude;
  • You have logical, structured thinking;
  • You are results-oriented; flexible and creative.
