Portofoliul nostru diversificat include cereale pentru mic dejun, rondele expandate din grâu sau orez, superalimente, tofu, paste vegetale, alimente de bază, fructe uscate și nuci. Deținem două centre moderne de producție în județul Vâlcea, unde respectăm cele mai înalte standarde internaționale de calitate și siguranță alimentară. Responsabilități principale:

 Îndeplinește obiectivele de vanzari si P&L cu clientii KA alocati, pentru a asigura o crestere profitabila a companiei;

 
Conduce procesul de negociere a contractelor anuale cu partenerii, in linie cu bugetul;

 
Implementează planul promo pentru fiecare partener si evalueaza impactul lui;

 
Pregateste previziunile (forecast) si bugetele comerciale la nivel anual, trimestrial, lunar;

 
Analizează continuu dezvoltarea clientilor, definind si maximizand oportunitatile de dezvoltare a afacerii

 
Prospectează permanent piața pentru identificarea de oportunități;

 
Reprezintă si promovează portofoliul Sanovita în conformitate cu strategia de business a companiei;

 
Consolidează si dezvolta relatiile cu partenerii;

 
Colaborează cu departamentele interne de support pentru dezvoltarea strategiei de business și implementarea acesteia.

Profilul candidatului ideal:

 Studii superioare;

 
Experiență în vânzări in Modern Trade, preferabil FMCG;

 
Cunostinte solide despre mediul de afaceri; experienta in category management reprezinta un plus;

 
Abilitati excelente de comunicare si negociere, cu o buna intelegere a notiunilor financiare;

 
Puternice abilitati de analiza, planificare si prioritizare;

 
Deschidere, inițiativă, angajament și perseverență;

 
Cunostinte avansate MS Office;

 
Limba engleză nivel mediu;

 
Permis de conducere categoria B.
