Location: Remote - LATAM or CEE preferred
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST (minimum 4-hour overlap with CT mornings)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a fast-growing B2B manufacturer of polyurethane and elastomer processing equipment, serving clients in the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors. The company is relaunching its digital presence to drive inbound demand from a highly specialized technical audience.
Position Overview:
We're looking for a full-time SEO & Growth Marketing Lead to drive qualified traffic, improve site performance, and support broader digital campaigns over time. This is a hands-on, mid-senior level role ideal for someone who can work independently, think strategically, and thrive in a lean team environment. You'll start by owning SEO and Webflow management, with room to grow into paid campaigns, email marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute a 6-month SEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and backlink initiatives
- Conduct keyword research in niche B2B spaces (e.g. polyurethane processing, elastomer mixing, automation)
- Optimize existing content and create briefs for high-intent landing pages and case studies
Website Management (Webflow + Figma)
- Implement CRO best practices (A/B testing, CTAs, form flows)
- Make ongoing site updates, including HTML/CSS tweaks and image compression
- Collaborate on copy when gaps arise; support UX improvements
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush
- Track key KPIs (organic sessions, rankings, lead quality, conversion rates)
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (Ramp-Up Phase)
- Plan and launch targeted Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
- Build and manage email workflows in Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Publish LinkedIn posts and coordinate trade-show promotions
Cross-Functional & Ad-Hoc Support
- Execute micro-tasks like meta tag edits, UTM tagging, and tracking pixel installs
- Provide marketing input on product naming, print collateral, and trade show materials
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience, ideally in a mid-senior capacity
- Track record of success in niche, technical keyword spaces
- Strong technical SEO skills: Core Web Vitals, crawl budgets, schema markup
- Proficiency with SEMrush, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Webflow, and Figma
- Strong written and spoken English; able to translate engineering concepts into clear marketing messages
- Reliable, independent, and comfortable working with limited oversight
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in polymers, elastomers, or capital equipment marketing
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Genius ERP, or similar platforms
- Design ability in Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD for quick-turn marketing visuals
- Knowledge of U.S. manufacturing buyer journeys and trade-show cycles
