As a Trade Marketing Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for managing trade marketing and brand strategy at retail.

The role involves creating and implementing visual merchandising guidelines, SKU lists, assortment strategies, planograms, and point-of-purchase (POP) tools to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine SKU lists and assortment strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Create planogram studies to optimize retail displays
  • Work with the Revenue Growth Team to determine product prices and implement pricing strategies in the POS system
  • Conduct market tours and customer visits to build relationships with key clients
  • Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and improve brand visibility
  • Plan and organize the annual trade marketing plan and promotion calendar, including launch plans
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activity and market trends to inform marketing strategies
  • Participate in customer activations and events
  • Manage internal and external communication with store owners, visual merchandisers, and partners regarding merchandising guidelines and POP materials
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in brand/product marketing or trade marketing
  • Experience in the FMCG or cosmetic sector in retail
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks
  • Driving license
