Job Opportunity: Marketing Automation Specialist">

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you will have ownership of the Eloqua production environment and be responsible for leading the resolution of integration and platform performance issues.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in an Agile framework and engage with external vendors like Oracle Eloqua to investigate system-level issues.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience with Eloqua, primarily focused on platform implementation projects. They should also possess strong knowledge of Eloqua architecture and integration capabilities, including APIs, connectors, and middleware.

The successful candidate will be able to manage system integrations and data flows within a multi-instance global environment and have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Technical Lead/Functional Consultant for resolving complex Eloqua issues and support requests.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across multiple Eloqua instances in a global setup.
  • Support integrations with various other platforms, systems, and custom applications via APIs, connectors, middleware.
  • Contribute to Change and Release Management processes, ensuring production readiness and execution of Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) in UAT when applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Eloqua.
  • Strong knowledge of Eloqua architecture and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize in a distributed team environment.
