Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections and Account Resolution Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce outstanding balances.

The successful candidate will engage with customers through multiple channels, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve discrepancies. They will also monitor aging buckets and escalate delinquent accounts as necessary to meet organizational collection targets.

This role involves:

  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Engaging with customers through multiple channels (phone, email, etc.) to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of account activity and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to prevent escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Languages: English and Spanish – minimum B2 level.
  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Team player attitude.
