Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join our team. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access), and experience working with SAP ERP systems. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

You will play a key role in supporting the business's financial operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree/diploma in business, management, economics, or related field
  • French language proficiency (minimum A2-B1 written)
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Receivable
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access)
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage
