Collection Expertise Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Credit & Collections team as a Collection Analyst. This role will involve analyzing customer accounts, identifying trends, assessing credit risks, and implementing effective collection strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts to determine collection strategies and prioritize collections efforts.
  • Engage with customers via various channels, including phone and email, skillfully negotiating payment terms and resolving outstanding issues.
  • Resolve disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts.
  • Identify root causes of problems and assign the issue towards the responsible department in order to resolve and follow up internally to ensure timely resolution and to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Showcase your innovative mindset by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and streamlining collections workflows.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Previous experience in collections, credit analysis, or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effectively engaging with customers and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to identify trends, assess risks, and implement strategic solutions.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
