Job Overview

The Cash Application Process Lead role is a key position within the organization, responsible for overseeing the cash application process and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience in financial areas, specifically O2C roles, to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality services to clients.

  • Languages: English and Spanish - minimum B2 level;
  • 1+ years of experience in financial area (O2C roles preferably);
  • High school diploma required;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Team player attitude;
  • Familiarity with standard analysis tools/techniques;
  • Understanding of KPI measures and their impact on profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Manage complex cash application transactions, deductions, and customer account clearing activities;
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to resolve queries or issues;
  • Collate incoming payments daily by method and track status;
  • Evaluate discounts and disputed items according to established processes;
  • Monitor cash collection targets and advise on potential deviations;
  • Escalate any bank statement-related issues affecting collection process performance.
