Job Title: Problem Resolution Senior Process Associate

As a seasoned professional, you will utilize your expertise in multiple processes to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional results. You will leverage your proficient knowledge of one or more processes to participate in meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Languages: English & Spanish - minimum B2 level;
  • Highschool diploma is mandatory;
  • Microsoft Excel skills;
  • Attention to details and analytical skills;
  • Team player attitude;
  • Be familiar with standard analysis tools/techniques;
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in financial area (Accounts Payable roles preferably).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve invoice exceptions;
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end tasks to support the team. Daily processing includes vouching invoices, research on missing information to facilitate payment, vendor master file updates, creation of new vendors, and communication with vendors and internal partners;
  • Assist with daily needs by requesting statements, invoices, credit memos, answering questions regarding payments and account status;
  • Process incoming invoices, identify problems and resolve as required;
  • Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and manage internal controls on documents;
  • Analyze, track, and manage key metrics for the department while identifying areas for improvement.
