As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in introducing M247 to new businesses and organizations, nurturing existing partnerships, and leading deals from inception to successful closure. Based in Bucharest, you will also have the opportunity for occasional travel across Europe. Responsibilities:

· Act as a driving force behind the success of our company's goals by consistently achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

· Qualify sales opportunities using M247's sales methodology, ensuring a good fit for both the customer and our success criteria.

· Maintain and enhance the sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up.

· Develop account plans and strategies tailored to each target customer, emphasizing personalized engagement.

· Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to increase satisfaction and retention.

· Design and implement strategies to expand sales opportunities and outreach.

· Collaborate seamlessly with internal resources — including senior executives, technical teams, professional services, and legal — to maximize sales effectiveness.

· Create and deliver engaging, customized sales presentations and demonstrations via phone or web.

· Understand customer needs deeply and oversee the smooth implementation of contracts and solutions.

· Strategically develop, negotiate, and close new business deals.

· Identify and pursue new prospects, continually presenting and upselling our products, services, and partner solutions.

· Accurately forecast sales activities and revenue attainment, utilizing sales tools efficiently.

· Work closely with the global M247 team, engaging pre- and post-sales resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

· Negotiate and finalize contracts with professionalism and confidence.

· Build a robust sales pipeline by increasing the number of prospects and leads.

· Follow the company's sales processes and procedures, providing feedback for continuous improvement.

· Contribute to marketing initiatives in collaboration with our marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.

· Respect deadlines, prepare timely reports, and participate actively in training sessions.

· Represent M247 professionally in the field, embodying our values of warmth, integrity, and teamwork.

· Foster an inclusive and supportive environment where new team members feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to succeed. Your mentorship and teamwork will help cultivate a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Requirements:

· Category B driving license and 10 years of proven sales experience in the IT and telecom industry.
