About the role:

As a Business Development Manager (Dell), you will be responsible for translating vendor/technology growth plans internally and driving them in specific strategic segments. You will work closely with marketing on MDF initiatives and collaborate with the wider sales organization on specialized opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction.

  • Negotiate key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques, and standards.

  • Optimize results by driving sales out of the agreed Dell portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and other business development initiatives.

  • Drive overall vendor management, creating customer-specific unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and promote long-term value-based customer engagement.

  • Enable and support the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.

  • Maintain full knowledge of Dell's product and service lines.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience working with Dell solutions or experience working with Infrastructure products.

  • Dell certifications preferred.

  • Fluent in Romanian and English.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
