We are hiring : Business Development Manager – Sector Public & Infrastructura Critica

Pozitia de
Business Development Manager
are un rol strategic in cresterea si consolidarea portofoliului companiei in sectorul public central si in industrii strategice, cu impact direct asupra securitatii nationale.

BDM-ul va fi responsabil de dezvoltarea de noi oportunitati, gestionarea relatiilor cu stakeholderi de top si livrarea de proiecte complexe.

Responsabilitati cheie :

  • Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiei de vanzari pentru
    Sectorul Public central
    (Ministere, institutii guvernamentale, companii strategice, infrastructura critica).
  • Extinderea portofoliului prin abordare
    hunter
    in industrii precum
    energie, oil & gas, telecom, securitate interna
    .
  • Identificarea si calificarea de oportunitati in proiecte cu ciclu lung de vanzare (multi-anuale).
  • Gestionarea relatiilor la nivel de
    C-level
    si cu alti decidenti strategici.
  • Coordonarea si influentarea echipelor interne (tehnice, financiare, juridice, administrative) pe tot parcursul procesului de vanzare.
  • Implicare activa in fazele de ofertare, contractare si negociere, cu
    ownership complet
    asupra profitabilitatii proiectelor.
  • Urmarirea obiectivelor de
    revenue
    ,
    new business
    , numar de intalniri si oportunitati generate.
  • Raportarea progresului si a indicatorilor cheie catre management.

  • Experienta relevanta in
    vanzari consultative si strategice
    .
  • Istoric dovedit de colaborare cu
    stakeholderi de top
    (CEO, Presedinte, Director).
  • Experienta in gestionarea
    proiectelor complexe
    cu ciclu lung de vanzare.
  • Abilitati puternice de
    negociere si influentare
    .
  • Mentalitate antreprenoriala si abordare orientata catre solutii personalizate.
  • Versatilitate si capacitate de analiza 360° a conturilor si pietei.
  • Cunoasterea retelelor de decizie din sectorul public central si industriile strategice.
