What will your responsibilities look like?
- Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients
- Showcase IT&C solutions (hardware, software, cloud) in a way that highlights business benefits
- Tailor proposals to fit client needs, offering integrated solutions
- Foster long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and manage existing client portfolios, exploring upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Create strategies to maximize client value and boost recurring revenue
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT&C innovations to offer the best solutions
- Participate in training and industry events to enhance technical and sales expertise
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Work closely with technical and support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
What you bring?
- Minimum 2 years in IT&C solutions sales (hardware, software, cloud)
- Proven experience managing sales projects from lead generation to solution delivery
- Technical knowledge to understand and convey solution benefits
- Passion for technology with a drive to stay current with industry trends
- Proactive learning of new technologies and client-relevant solutions
- Ability to simplify technical benefits for non-technical clients
- Resilient, determined, and positive in tackling challenges
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach
