About the Role

We are hiring an Office Manager to support the Country GM in expanding a network of veterinary clinics in Romania. This is a key role, acting as the GM's right hand in daily coordination, office management, and administrative support.

You'll join a small HQ team (3 people, growing to 5–6) while the company scales from 10 clinics today to 20 clinics by end of 2025.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Manage GM inbox and communication with internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee office operations, purchases, and budget
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires
  • Prepare simple ad-hoc reports and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years' experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant or Office Manager (mandatory)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel basics)
  • Ability to work under pressure with confidentiality and discretion
