Responsabilități principale
- Gestionarea activităților zilnice de birou (corespondență, programări, documente administrative)
- Preluarea apelurilor telefonice, redactarea și transmiterea e-mailurilor către clienți și parteneri
- Suport logistic și administrativ pentru echipa de vânzări și management
- Organizarea întâlnirilor, evenimentelor și deplasărilor
- Actualizarea bazelor de date, contractelor și documentelor imobiliare
- Relația cu furnizorii de servicii și partenerii externi
- Suport în activitățile de marketing și comunicare (postări, evenimente, materiale promoționale)
Cerințe
- Studii superioare finalizate (de preferat în domeniul economic, administrativ sau comunicare)
- Experiență anterioară într-un rol administrativ, de office manager sau secretariat – minim 2 ani
- Cunoștințe solide de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Abilități excelente de comunicare scrisă și verbală în limba română și engleză
- Organizare, atenție la detalii, capacitate de prioritizare și multitasking
- Atitudine pozitivă, confidențialitate și spirit de inițiativă
