Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager
to oversee the daily operations of our office in Bucharest. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes, managing office supplies and facilities, supporting staff and leadership, and helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general administrative functions and ensure smooth operation of the office.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment procurement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, including maintenance and vendor coordination.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for company documents and records.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and finance departments with onboarding, payroll, and expense reporting.
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and phone calls.
- Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Office-based, with standard working hours.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with office management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
