For our client, a company in the tourism industry, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can inspire teams, build strong relationships, and deliver outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the national and regional sales strategy, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives;
  • Coordinating, motivating, and evaluating the entire sales team, including Area Sales Managers (ASM), Agency Managers, and Sales Agents;
  • Setting and monitoring performance targets for teams and individuals, taking proactive measures to ensure goal attainment;
  • Analyzing sales figures, performance indicators, market trends, and competitor activities;
  • Identifying new market opportunities and strategic initiatives for sales growth and customer experience enhancement;
  • Actively participating in training, development, and motivation programs designed for the sales teams;
  • Negotiating key commercial contracts and establishing mutually advantageous collaboration terms;
  • Collaborating with all relevant departments (Marketing, Product, Finance, Support) on campaigns, offers, and optimizing the overall sales process;
  • Compiling periodic reports detailing sales results and allocated bonuses, and proposing measures for continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience coordinating large sales teams, preferably in retail, tourism, or multi-location industries;
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing large teams of over 100 employees;
  • Proven experience in analyzing performance indicators, implementing growth strategies, and effective team motivation;
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or Tourism;
  • Strong orientation towards both achieving targets and developing people, evidenced by excellent leadership, communication, and feedback skills;
  • Advanced command of the English language and good knowledge of MS Office, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
