Pozitie vacanta

Suntem in cautarea unui Manager de zona pentru echipa noastra de la Eurolife FFH Asigurari. Vei lucra intr-un mediu colaborativ, dinamic, alaturi de colegi dedicati, iar principala activitate va consta in dezvoltarea si mentinerea relatiilor de parteneriate cu brokerii din regiunea alocata.

Responsabilitati principale

  • Vei acorda sprijin pentru incheierea de parteneriate de vanzare cu brokerii si partenerii cu care firma nu are in prezent astfel de colaborari;
  • Vei coordona activitatea de vanzare desfasurata de companie prin intermediul brokerilor si partenerilor de asigurare;
  • Vei promova imaginea companiei si vei stimula vanzarile in relatie cu brokerii si partenerii de asigurare cu care firma are incheiate contracte de intermediere;
  • Vei intocmi impreuna cu brokerii obiectivele anuale de vanzari, in functie de strategia companiei;
  • Vei indruma si sustine activitatea brokerilor in cadrul procesului de vanzare si subscriere a asigurarilor generale si de viata;
  • Vei intocmi oferte de asigurare in baza solicitarilor (cererilor de oferta) transmise de brokeri;
  • Vei solicita feedback de la brokeri in legatura cu ofertele de asigurare transmise;
  • Vei sustine traininguri de prezentare a produselor de asigurare pentru angajatii si colaboratorii societatilor de brokeraj;
  • Vei evalua periodic activitatea derulata de catre brokeri;
  • Vei intocmi rapoarte de informare cu privire la activitatea prestata, la cererea superiorului direct;
  • Vei contribui la cresterea portofoliului companiei;
  • Vei asigura o buna comunicare intre Eurolife FFH si companiile de brokeraj.

Cunostinte, abilitati si experienta necesare postului

  • Educatie: studiile superioare finalizate;
  • Cunostinte de operare pe calculator, precum si de utilizare a pachetului Microsoft Office;
  • Minim 2 ani experienta in relatia cu brokerii.
