Description
We are hiring an experienced
Project Manager
who can lead, multi-country projects while mentoring others and shaping operational best practices. Based in Cluj, Romania, this role plays a critical part in the end-to-end delivery of office furniture solutions for key client accounts. The role combines cross-country project leadership with hands-on management of local projects, spanning from design and quoting through logistics and installation.

Who You Are
You are a seasoned project management professional with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. You thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and bring a strategic mindset to every phase of project delivery.

You demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach and are comfortable stepping into operational tasks when needed—whether that involves being present on-site, resolving logistical challenges, or actively supporting the team during high-pressure moments.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant degree and 2 years client- facing PM experience (Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.)
• Min 3 years PM experience without a degree in relevant delivery execution project management scope.
• Shown knowledge of PM tool utilization (Salesforce, Smartsheet, SAP, SharePoint, MS Project, or other project management tools.)
• Fluency in English is required.

Desired Skills And Experience

• A Degree in preferred areas (Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.)
• PMP or similar certification or other indication of project management accreditation.
• 2-3 years experience in the furniture, design, or workplace solutions industry, or a PM experience in a field that requires a scope of actual delivery of a physical product with client and external stakeholder interaction.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• English fluency required; German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across the EMEA.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for large-scale, multi-country client accounts—from design and quoting to logistics and installation.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners.
• Manage project milestones, risks, and installation schedules using tools like Smartsheet and SharePoint.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to best practice sharing across regions.
• Support strategic account planning with insights from project performance.
• This role occasionally requires a hands-on approach—whether it's being on-site during installations or solving unexpected challenges—so a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved is essential.
