Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business/Economics or a related field
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Sales/Finance/Controlling or Data Analysis
Personality and working style: Team-oriented and resilient personality with assertiveness and a high degree of initiative, structured way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and action, creativity and flexibility in implementation, ability to deal with conflict and strong communication skills.
Experience and know-how: Several years of experience in sales, purchasing, controlling or performance management.
Languages: Very good English skills

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Controlling andamp; Pricing Expert to join our team and contribute to exciting and challenging activities in the area Divisional Global Coordination of Claims and Compensation KPI. and#xa0;
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, analyze key business data and drive strategic decision-making:
- As a Sales Controlling Expert for claims, you are responsible for the overall coordination, planning, tracking, reporting, and analysis of claim compensation activities (BIG5/Economics, General Claims, Repricing) within Electrified Motion (EM).
On the one hand, you will carry out the related sales controlling activities for the European region, and on the other hand, you will be responsible for global governance and consolidation.
You will also consistently pursue the defined measures together with the customer teams. In doing so, you will challenge customer teams to increase fill grade and hardness grade and ensure that compensation targets are met.
In addition, you will ensure consistent communication and reporting across various internal reporting channels across different divisions.
Furthermore, you will work closely with the international Sales Controlling team, the customer teams, controlling departments and business units, as well as the central M departments.
- You will always be in close contact with relevant interfaces, focusing on overall company relevance.
Last but not least, you will contribute to the design, further development, and improvement of sales controlling processes and tools related to claim activities.
