Ce căutămSuntem in cautarea unui vanzator care sa se ocupe de campanii de retinere si loializare cu scopul de a imbunatati experienta clientilor si de a securiza baza de clienti business.
Ce trebuie să faci- Previne incercarile de frauda, se asigura ca protejeaza compania de orice risc si foloseste corect bazele de date si programele puse la dispozitie.
- Promoveaza si vinde servicii si produse Orange dedicate segmentelor SME prin identificarea nevoilor clientilor si consilierea acestora.
- Gestionarea solicitarilor de reziliere sosite din partea abonatilor Orange din segmentul SME si retinerea lor in retea prin vanzarea si promovarea de servicii.
- Implementeaza facilitatile programului Orange Thank You; livrarea terminalelor prin curier; fidelizarea clientilor prin vânzarea produselor si serviciilor Orange: terminale si device-uri; VAS, optiuni de internet; internet nelimitat SIM.
- Înregistreaza in baza de date plangerile referitoare la produsele Orange livrate prin curier : terminale si device-uri.
- Optimizeaza subscriptiile la solicitarea clientilor si vinde servicii suplimentare (Internet nelimitat, optiuni de internet, VAS etc).
- Prelungeste perioada contractuala pentru conturile clientilor retinuti si inchide numerele conturilor care nu au putut fi retinute.
- Raspunde prin e-mail sau telefon la solicitarile tuturor clientilor, adresate prin e-mail, telefonic si online, cu subiecte legate de procesul de retentie si loialitate.
- Urmareste si verifica dovezile de plata pentru produsele vandute prin curier: terminale si device-uri.
Cunostinte profesionale:
- Limba Engleza-fluent
- MS Office
- Cunoasterea procesului de vanzare
- Cunoasterea pietei si a sectorului telecom
Educatie si experienta :
- Studii medii
- Experienta in relationarea cu clientii si vanzare.
Competente specifice:
- Business awareness
- Orientare catre client
- Tehnici de negociere
- Abilitatea de a livra rezultate
Alte informatii - contract pe perioada determinata, cu posibilitate de prelungire.
