As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution and optimization of marketing activities across Samsung Members (own app), Samsung Rewards loyalty program and collaboration with Samsung Community Manager. Your mission is to drive consumer engagement, retention, and loyalty, while ensuring brand consistency and premium positioning across all touchpoints.
In this role your responsibilities will be:
Samsung Members App
Develop and implement the local strategy for Samsung Members, aligned with European and global directions; coordinate the activities with Community Channel Manager
Develop the local calendar of activities, in line with the global and local communication plan.
Ensure always-on communication and content optimization across platforms.
Coordinate content localization, publishing, and community engagement.
Monitor app performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve user satisfaction and retention; ensures reaching dedicated Key Performance Indicators within subsidiary.
Samsung Rewards Loyalty Program Management
Lead the strategy and execution of Samsung Rewards campaigns and mechanics.
Develop and execute strategies to increase program enrollment, engagement, and redemption rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless reward fulfillment and user experience.
Analyze performance metrics and propose optimization strategies.
Marketing Campaigns & Activations
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across owned platforms, supporting product launches and brand initiatives.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Manage cross-functional coordination with media, PR, category and creative agencies.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
Retention & Engagement Strategy
Design and implement retention journeys, including onboarding, re-engagement, and win-back flows.
Identify opportunities to personalize customer experiences and strengthen brand relationships.
Propose and manage local partnerships to enhance platform value and user benefits.
Monitor KPIs such as active users, engagement rate, retention rate, and campaign ROI.
Data & Insights
Provide weekly & monthly reporting and insights on platform performance and campaign effectiveness.
Use data to inform content strategy, segmentation, and personalization.
Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to refine targeting and messaging.
Operational & Legal Coordination
Ensure legal compliance for all campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and procurement teams for approvals and documentation.
Manage budget planning and reconciliation for loyalty and retention activities.
For this role you will need:
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Economics.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, retention/loyalty programs.
Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies and retention techniques.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with Samsung products, services, and brand values is a plus.
Experience in multi-national environments and working with international teams is a plus.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint;
