RETENTION AGENTS
Languages Required:

  • Portuguese

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and reduce churn.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a retention role.
  • Fluency in one or more of the specified languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

CONVERSION AGENTS
Languages Required:

  • French
  • Portuguese

  • Dutch
  • Spanish
  • Italian

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to convert leads into active accounts.
  • Customize communication strategies to fit client needs and preferences.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to enhance conversion techniques.
  • Accurately document client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a conversion role.
  • Fluency in one or more of the specified languages.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
