At Quanta Energy Romania, we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our team as an
Account Manager for the B2B Market
in photovoltaic and energy solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and passionate about building client relationships in the renewable energy space.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage B2B clients, focusing on industrial, commercial, and logistics sectors.
- Advise clients and sell tailored photovoltaic solutions for large-scale systems.
- Execute individual sales plans, managing technical, legal, and financial components of PV projects.
- Build customer trust by showcasing your expertise and knowledge of PV systems for businesses.
- Oversee the implementation of signed business contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Actively manage your sales territory and client base with creativity and independence.
Requirements
- Mandatory:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the B2B sector. - Proven ability to execute sales plans and organize work independently.
- High energy and motivation; results-driven and open to new challenges.
- Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and business development focus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to engage with both technical staff and key decision-makers.
- Willingness to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the team.
- Technical knowledge in electricity or the energy sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid category B driving license.
- Operates a registered business or is willing to establish one (B2B contract).
- Fluency in Romanian (native level) and communicative English (minimum B1+ level).
