Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Strategy Executive to drive growth across our commercial portfolio and enhance Win Advisors' visibility in the market. The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with a strong background in hotel sales, B2B relationship management, and strategic business development.

You will play a key role in developing partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading marketing initiatives that position Win Advisors as a leading hospitality advisor in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and growth across Win Advisors' commercial portfolio, covering:

Advisory services

Managed hotels

Partnerships and distribution channels

Corporate accounts

New market opportunities

Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and visibility.

Identify and develop new business leads and strategic relationships across the hospitality sector.

Manage corporate accounts and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Support proposal preparation, client presentations, and negotiations.

Collaborate with the management team to align commercial activities with business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, including at least 2 years in a management role.

Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate account management.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Availability to travel as required.
