Your Mission: Lead. Innovate. Scale.
As Sales Manager, you will architect and execute enterprise sales growth strategies for our SaaS products and advanced solutions, including our CRO benchmarking platform and AI-powered growth tools. You'll leverage Omniconvert's cutting-edge AI-driven lead generation system, which targets the ideal market segments, scores prospects automatically on their propensity to buy, and equips you with high-value leads backed by our team of expert growth engineers.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute a sophisticated sales strategy targeting enterprise clients globally, powered by advanced AI lead generation and automated scoring of buying propensity
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and personalized demos to closing high-value deals with C-level executives
- Build trusted, strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers worldwide
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Growth Engineering to design integrated, data-driven sales campaigns and continuously improve lead quality
- Build, lead, and evolve an agile sales team—hiring talent, fostering innovation, and optimizing performance through coaching and experimentation
- Use data analytics and market insights to anticipate trends, refine positioning, and uncover new revenue opportunities
- Lead pricing strategy, sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning to maximize profitability
- Represent Omniconvert at global conferences and industry events, expanding our brand and network
What You Bring
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales success with proven results in SaaS and tech-driven solutions
- 3+ years managing and scaling agile sales teams with a focus on innovation and adaptability
- Deep knowledge of CRO, AI applications in sales, and digital sales platforms
- Strong strategic thinker with hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles and C-level engagements
- Fluent English communication, analytical prowess, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Resilience, sound judgment, and a passion for leading teams through change
