Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing B2B clients (installers, investors, construction companies) primarily in Romania
  • Utilize ERP systems to analyze client purchase history and identify growth opportunities
  • Execute proactive outbound sales strategies across all three market segments
  • Handle both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting activities
  • Conduct client visits and relationship-building meetings across Romania
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing from extensive warehouse inventory

Requirements:

  • Fluent Romanian and English
    (written and spoken)
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technical/industrial products or renewable energy
  • Understanding of Residential, C&I, or Utility-scale market segments preferred
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Proactive approach to business development and client engagement
  • Willingness to travel within Romania (travel expenses covered)
  • Expediting and logistics experience is a strong advantage
