with the opportunity to build relationships across the Romanian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing B2B clients (installers, investors, construction companies) primarily in Romania
- Utilize ERP systems to analyze client purchase history and identify growth opportunities
- Execute proactive outbound sales strategies across all three market segments
- Handle both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting activities
- Conduct client visits and relationship-building meetings across Romania
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing from extensive warehouse inventory
Requirements:
- Fluent Romanian and English
(written and spoken) - Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technical/industrial products or renewable energy
- Understanding of Residential, C&I, or Utility-scale market segments preferred
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Proactive approach to business development and client engagement
- Willingness to travel within Romania (travel expenses covered)
- Expediting and logistics experience is a strong advantage
