We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team to promote our own innovative AI Appliance (HW&SW).
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Representative, located in Bucharest, Romania.
As a Senior Sales Representative you
will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, presenting and demonstrating our technology solutions, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement customers projects.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT&C industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ICT services.
