We are looking for a competent
Sales Representative
for generating new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding customer service.
Candidate profile
- University degree.
- 3–4 years of professional experience with Customer Experience (CX) products, solutions, and related business processes.
- Strong technical and commercial expertise in CX solutions.
- Solid technical and commercial knowledge of the Customer Experience products & solutions and business processes.
- Proven track record in selling CX products and achieving business targets.
- Experience in marketing techniques and in preparing commercial offers and tenders, in collaboration with other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Fluency in English and Romanian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's Customer Experience (CX) solutions, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to analyze competition and identify new opportunities.
- Identify business development prospects for CX solutions and collaborate across departments to ensure growth.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, executives, suppliers, and partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all CX-related customer matters.
- Support customers in defining needs and requirements, and propose effective, tailored solutions.
- Address and help resolve complex customer challenges by recommending viable alternatives.
- Review tender documents and coordinate RFI/RFQ responses with Bidding and Technical Teams.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer objectives.
- Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics.
- Handle escalated issues and high-priority requests as needed.
