Marketing Manager
.

Main objectives

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with our client's business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of specialists in:

  • Social Media & Ads manage campaigns, targeting, and performance optimization.

  • Graphics: oversee production of newsletters, banners, and visual assets.
  • Content: ensure high-quality and SEO-friendly content across company websites.

  • Blog & Video: guide engaging storytelling through written and video content.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communication channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CMS platforms, email marketing software etc.).
