Marketing Manager
to help ignite its launch.

Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and data-savvy
Marketing Manager
to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital, social, and community platforms. You'll be instrumental in defining how
Taliara's Rise
reaches its audience — from early awareness to launch momentum and long-term community growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the
    marketing strategy
    for
    Taliara's Rise
    , from pre-launch awareness to global rollout.
  • Oversee creation of
    campaign materials
    (trailers, key art, social media assets, influencer kits).
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure
    brand consistency
    across all channels.
  • Manage
    social media, community, and content calendars
    across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord).
  • Identify and collaborate with
    influencers, creators, and press
    for coverage and partnerships.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPI, CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns for reach and retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership on
    marketing budgets, KPIs, and investor-facing communications
    .
  • Help grow
    Taliara's Rise
    into a recognizable, emotionally resonant brand.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in
    game marketing, publishing, or entertainment marketing
    .
  • Proven success running digital campaigns for mobile or F2P games.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, influencer marketing, and social strategy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep familiarity with current
    gaming trends, communities, and creator ecosystems
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience launching stylized or fantasy IPs.
  • Connections with creators, media outlets, or agencies in the gaming space.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, , etc.).
  • Interest in narrative-driven and emotionally resonant game brands.
