. Their mission is to empower organizations to adapt to an ever-changing global market.

They are now expanding in Romania and seeking a
Market Leader
to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work fully remotely while being at the forefront of
business development and operations
in the Romanian market.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive business development strategy across assigned countries and industries
  • Generate leads, create opportunities, and close client contracts
  • Build a strong network of sales partners and channels
  • Collaborate with European Market Leaders & Marketing teams to deliver pan-European value propositions

Operations & Compliance

  • Establish delivery processes and operational templates
  • Build a network of staffing partners and support delivery processes
  • Ensure compliance with local requirements, licenses, contracts, and company policies

Management & Reporting

  • Promote company programs in the local market
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports


What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 5+ years in sales
    within staffing / HR outsourcing (TEMP & PERM services)
  • Strong
    commercial mindset
    with a
    target-driven approach
  • Previous experience with a
    top-level staffing company
    is highly preferred
  • Excellent
    negotiation, consultative sales, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced international environment

Languages:
Fluent Romanian & English (mandatory)
