What you'll do

Lead and inspire the Trade Marketing Category team

Define and implement trade marketing strategy aligned with market structure and sales objectives

Bring brand and category strategy to life at the point of sale

Drive execution to meet KPIs: volume, revenue, contribution, market share

Build efficient activity plans with key customers across all channels

Set the standard of "excellence in execution" for modern trade, traditional trade, food service, and online

Analyze market and competition trends to adapt tactical actions

Manage budgets and promotional investments with precision

Minimum 3 years in a senior trade marketing role within FMCG (ideally food industry) Experience leading large teams and managing complex projects Advanced digital & MS Office skills Professional English (written & spoken) Energy, leadership, and a passion for shopper engagement

If the process does not result in employment, your personal data will be retained for 1 year after the recruitment process ends.
