Marketing Manager
for its client, a company in the Romanian food industry, recognized for its innovation and strong national presence across Retail and HoReCa. Main Purpose of the Job:
Drive the marketing strategy and execution across all channels (online and offline), supporting business growth and brand awareness in line with company objectives.

Job Profile:

  • Develop and implement the integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company's commercial and strategic goals.
  • Define clear action plans and oversee their implementation and performance.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Lead digital marketing activities including social media communication, website content management, SEO, paid traffic campaigns, and online awareness and conversion initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing approaches accordingly.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, brand activations, and events (including festivals), together with the sales team.
  • Contribute to packaging development: graphic concepts for new products, updates to the existing portfolio, and compliance with current legal regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record in building and managing impactful brands.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of labeling regulations is a plus
