SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
(ROAD AND CONTRACT LOGISTICS)
As Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Active sales of contract logistics (3PL) services and building long-term cooperation with clients from Romania and Europe;
- Monitoring the market and expanding knowledge about the demand for logistics services;
- Building a database of potential clients;
- Track and analyze tenders for services offered by Logwin, ensuring timely and competitive participation.
- Creating presentations and sales offers in response to tender inquiries and other client requests;
- Organizing and conducting meetings with current and potential clients, presenting Logwin's services and possible solutions;
- ·Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring successful deal closure
What makes you special for us:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics industry – contract logistics, road freight, warehousing
- Strong understanding of Romanian Contract Logistics market (ideally good prospection also about CEE, SEE)
- Proven track record in B2B sales within, contract logistics, road freight and multimodal environments.
- Strong ability to actively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (both domestic and international).
- Pipeline management and CRM discipline
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Readiness to travel
- Very good command of the English language (minimum B2) and Romanian language.
