Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with native or high proficiency in German and English, with German being the primary language for client communication. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, possess excellent communication skills in both languages, and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns (in German), social media, and networking, focusing on the German market.
- Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients primarily in German, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our SaaS solutions in both languages.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with German-speaking clients and key stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales performance and reporting on key metrics.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, particularly within the DACH market, to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts, leveraging both German and English communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of success, particularly within the DACH market.
- Communication Skills: Native or high proficiency in German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. The ability to effectively present and articulate complex concepts in both German and English is crucial.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-Centric: Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships, particularly with German-speaking clients.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
