We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior IT Sales Executive who can lead complex sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth through innovative tech solutions.

What You'll Do

· Identify and target new business opportunities in the IT services market.

· Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends.

· Build and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their digital transformation journey.

· Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to craft tailored proposals and innovative solutions.

· Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand client partnerships.

· Stay up to date with the latest cloud, AI, and enterprise software technologies (Microsoft, Google Cloud, SAP, etc.) to provide informed and value-driven recommendations.

· Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

What We're Looking For

· 5+ years of experience in technical or solution sales (preferably within IT, SaaS, or enterprise solutions).

· Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and complex sales cycles.

· Strong understanding of cloud services, managed IT, cybersecurity, software development, or digital transformation offerings.

· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.

· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Advanced English level (mandatory); German or French is an advantage.

· Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical skills.

· Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

· Availability to work hybrid (4 days per week in the office) and for occasional business travel.
