ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented and experienced
Senior Sales Manager
to join our winning team at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales revenue, co-creating and implementing sales plans, and increasing brand awareness through the acquisition of new accounts and the development of existing accounts. The role requires a highly skilled communicator and negotiator with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, achieve and exceed sales targets, and collaborate seamlessly across the organization - internally and with key stakeholders.

Your experience and skills include:


•      Minimum 5 years of proven experience in hotel sales (international brand), with a focus on proactive client acquisition, including at least 2 years in a senior or key-account role.


•      Candidates with progressive sales experience outside hotel sales with a proven track record will also be considered


•      Proven success of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


•      Excellent business acumen, communication and leadership skills.


•      Strong network within the Romanian and regional corporate/MICE/agency market.


•      Proficiency in English and Romanian; other languages are an advantage.

What you will be doing:


•      Lead key account management and oversee major corporate, MICE and agency clients.


•      Design and implement proactive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.


•      Represent the hotel at high-profile networking events and ensure brand visibility across all channels.


•      Mentor and support junior sales team members in daily activities and client management.


•      Collaborate with the Director of Sales, Revenue Manager and General Manager on forecasts, budgets and business plans.


•      Maintain close cooperation with Accor Global Sales Offices and international partners.
